I would like to whitelist my own and a few other educational YouTube channels, but blacklist the rest

I use YouTube for learning from some channels and creating on my own, but it is also one of my major distractions when leaving these channels. So the site I need to use is the distraction in itself.

1. A lot of useful information is published on YouTube.

2. I use Hangouts On Air.
