Have the city centred no matter the browser size
When I have the browser filling just half the screen, the city is off to the side.
Would look better if it was centred!

I think this is the same as the resizing issue (http://buildfocus.userecho.com/topic/1113558-resize-the-city-when-you-resize-the-browser/), so it should now be fixed too. Let me know if that's not the case!
