Different modes or lists
This is a somewhat advanced feature that should probably be hidden from the regular users.
I usually switch between "modes" when working. When I'm coding I'm not allowed on Social Media, and when I'm doing Social Media I'm not allowed on other places.
The problem for me is that we have a single blacklist of sites. I'd love to be have to switch lists(modes) between cycles.

Provide option to add pre populated sites for easier onboarding
To make onboarding easier, it would be great to have a group of popular sites already available that you can add to your settings.

Resize the city when you resize the browser
Loaded build focus but my browser was quite small at the time meaning the city was small. So I maximise the browser but the city was still tiny!

Have the city centred no matter the browser size
When I have the browser filling just half the screen, the city is off to the side.
Would look better if it was centred!

BuildFocus loaded without my city
At the end of a focus session I clicked on the pop up that takes you to your city and it loaded with just a blue background and no city. If I loaded Build focus via the chrome icon, however, the city loaded just fine!
(Left was clicking the pop up, right was clicking the icon)

slower failure state when not focusing
I have not had the plugin active for the past week due the different work I have been doing. Therefore I have got out of the habit of clicking the button to focus. I would suggest that the city slowly degrades if the plugin is not active/on a break for long periods of time

Stop "Spamming" The "Success" and "Go Again" Pop-ups/Notifications
Currently when a session has been finished a "Success! Great work." notification will pop up in the bottom right of the screen, along with a "Go again?" window. While these can be helpful, they automatically close after a few seconds then re-open repeatedly.
This looks very messy, and gives the impression of being "spammed" with notifications. It'd be far better to have the window pop-up once, and stay up, as to not distract someone who is working.
